Join the Unlimited Team as Communications Officer!

As Unlimited transitions into anindependent organisation with a new home, and new mission and values, it will also have many new job roles – like our new Communications Officer role here. Remember, Unlimited will have a geographically dispersed workforce which means people can work for us from anywhere in the UK.Links to full job packsin multiple access formatsincluded below.

Since 2013, Unlimited has awarded more than £4.7 million to over 400 ambitious disabled artists and companies, through commissions, awards, and support, which have been seen by or engaged with more than four million people globally and online, making it the largest supporter of disabled artists worldwide.  That means there is a lot of communication both internal and external that we need to make happen!

Unlimited focuses on arts commissioning, to embed work by disabled artists within the UK and international cultural sectors, reach new audiences, and shift perceptions of disabled people. Unlimited has been delivered by the disability-led arts organisation Shape Arts and arts-producing organisation Artsadmin since 2013, and is currently funded by Arts Council England, Arts Council of Wales, Creative Scotland and the British Council amongst others, and has an artist’s alumni of 400 disabled artists who have gained support in some way over this period of time.

Unlimited is transitioning into being an independent organisation from 2022, with a new mission and new values, a new way of working, and a new staff team, hence this recruitment process.
